Halloween Ghost Bead Tags and Garland

Halloween isn't complete unless you have a jack-o-lantern.  Twirl or drape the bead tags and garland to fill in space on a tier tray stand or shelf.

Character bead layers are made from 1/8" hardboard. Bead garland measures 17". Tassel is made from cotton.
